Shore Medical Center has selected nurse Steven Waldow as November’s Employee of the Month.
Waldow is a nurse in the Telemetry Unit. He is respected and appreciated by colleagues and patients alike, according to a Shore news release.
“Steven has a desire to be the best RN that he can be,” said Luanne McGroarty, nurse manager of Telemetry. “His patients have frequently commented on how well he has addressed their needs. Nothing that is asked of Steven is ever too much. He is the epitome of a team player.”
Co-workers describe Waldow as flexible, dependable, and willing to assist in any situation, and always with a positive attitude.
“He is an example of everything a co-worker should be,” McGroarty said.
