Enjoy the luck of the Irish during the Atlantic County Animal Shelter’s “Pot of Gold” promotion with 50 percent off the normal adoption fee of $110 for dogs ready for immediate adoption throughout the month of March.
All pets adopted from the shelter include mandatory sterilization, age-appropriate vaccinations, diagnostic testing, a microchip and a free veterinary consultation.
The shelter is open to the public by appointment seven days a week, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. with the exception of Tuesday, when it closes at 3 p.m. It is located at 240 Old Turnpike Road in Pleasantville.
