Atlantic County Reports 20 New COVID-19 Cases

For the second consecutive day, the Atlantic County Division of Public Health reported 20 new cases of COVID-19, but no new deaths.

Sunday’s cases include 10 males, ages 14-79 and 10 females, ages 11-74. Five residents are from Atlantic City and four are from Egg Harbor Township. Pleasantville and Galloway Township each have three new cases, while Brigantine, Egg Harbor City, Hamilton Township, Linwood and Margate each have one additional positive.

The new cases bring the countywide total to 262 positives and seven deaths.

Atlantic County will provide COVID-19 drive-thru testing for symptomatic county residents with a doctor’s prescription on Tuesday, April 14, and Thursday, April 16, behind the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., by appointment.
