Shore Medical Center is proud to recognize Connie Kelly, RN, as its April 2017 Guardian Angel of the Month for providing passionate and exceptional care to Shore’s patients. The Guardian Angel Program was established to enable members of the community to say thank you to a special Shore caregiver through a donation to the medical center.
Kelly, of Somers Point, was hired as a seasonal nurse in the emergency department in the summer of 2002. She eventually became a part-time Clinical Supervisor and later moved into a full-time role.
“Connie is a hardworking, take-charge supervisor who supports her staff by providing them with ample learning opportunities,” says Annmarie Guerrieri, RN, BSN, Nurse Manager Telemetry, Emergency Department and Pediatrics. “She ensures the entire department provides the highest quality care based on best practices. Her commitment to excellence has earned her the respect of physicians and colleagues.”
A grateful patient recently recognized Kelly for her compassionate care with a donation to Shore’s Guardian Angel program in her honor.
