Firefighters Association to Hold 100th Anniversary Parade

The Atlantic County Firefighters Association is hosting a celebration for its 100th anniversary on Saturday, Oct. 7, with a parade through Egg Harbor City that will culminate at Egg Harbor City Lake.

Mugs, T-shirts and challenge coins will be on sale and there will be a ceremony at approximately 2 p.m. and a presentation of trophies as well as a live band.

Judging will be done by the New Jersey State Fire Chiefs Parade Judges Association beginning at 9 a.m., with registration taking place at Moss Mill Road and Antwerp Avenue with the judging taking place at the Egg Harbor City Industrial Park.

Cut-off time for judging will be at 11 a.m.
