On Wednesday, March 30, at 4:30 p.m. the Green Thumb Garden Club of Somers Point will be doing work behind the Somers Mansion to help the environment.
Volunteers are needed. They are asked to bring their gardening gloves, shovels and rakes and a wheelbarrow if possible and help distribute fresh compost to 10 raised garden beds behind the mansion.
The rain date is Thursday, March 31. Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts are always welcomed.
