Atlantic County Hosts Additional COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

In support of Boost NJ2 Week, February 23 through March 1, the Atlantic County Division of Public Health will increase the availability of its free COVID-19 vaccination and booster clinics that provide Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccine for residents 18 years and older and Pfizer pediatric vaccine for ages 5-17.

Additionally, anyone 12 and older who received a primary vaccination series is eligible for a booster and anyone who is immunocompromised is eligible for a fourth dose.

The clinic in Northfield at 201 S. Shore Road will be available on Wednesday, February 23, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.; Thursday, February 24, 9 a.m. to 12 noon; Saturday, February 26, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and Tuesday, March 1, 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

The Pfizer pediatric vaccine will only be provided on Wednesday, February 23 of that week.

Adult vaccines and boosters will also be available in Hammonton at 310 Bellevue Avenue on Tuesday, March 1, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

No appointments are necessary for any of the clinics, but facemasks are required for entrance to the facilities.

Those seeking booster shots should bring proof of vaccination, either a vaccine card or Docket app, and proof of identification.
