The Green Thumb Garden Club of Somers Point will feature a presentation by a member of the Atlantic County Utilities Authority during its meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 6 at 7 p.m. in the Somers Point Senior Center.
The ACUA will discuss rain barrels, how to build them and how they conserve water. The 2024 Community Beautification projects and events will also be discussed.
The public is encouraged to come out and celebrate gardening, community beautification projects and educational programs to protect our natural resources, trees, shrubs and birds.
