The Ocean City Tabernacle welcomes Mike Weaver to speak and sing at the 8:30 a.m. traditional and 10:30 a.m. contemporary services on Sunday, June 18.
Lead singer and principal songwriter of Big Daddy Weave, one of Christian music’s most loved and respected artists, Mike Weaver’s voice and words are known to many.
The group’s hit radio singles include the songs Redeemed, The Lion and The Lamb, The Only Name (Yours Will Be), Overwhelmed, My Story, God Is In This Story, and their newest release Heaven Changes Everything.
Weaver is also the author of the impacting book “I Am Redeemed – Learning To Live In Grace,” as well as being a sought-after speaker.
Regardless of the medium, Weaver shares deeply and with a heart for the audience. Though having been awarded numerous honors, it’s a singular mission that fuels Weaver and the band.
“When we hear the Lord, we want to do what He says,” Weaver said in a statement. “Every day is an opportunity to bless the heart of God through how we live – how we encounter our families, people we see in the grocery store, and everybody we meet.”
