Shore Medical Center is offering its monthly support group, Caring Together, Living Well, on Wednesday, June 8, 3-4 p.m. at its Center for Family Caregivers, located just off of the hospital’s main lobby at 100 Medical Center Way in Somers Point.

Caring Together, Living Well tackles a different topic each month related to the challenges of life, with a goal of helping participants improve their overall health and well-being through shared experiences and discussion.

The June 8 session, “Surviving the Stresses of Life,” will focus on how to get back on track after life throws you a curveball, whether it’s a major traumatic experience or a bump in the road of everyday life.

Angelic Health Bereavement Coordinator John Jameson, a Fellow in the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, will host the discussion.

Please RSVP by calling Shore’s Care Management department at 609-653-3628. Guests are asked to park in the parking garage and bring their parking tickets to be validated.

All guests will be asked to wear a mask for the duration of the session.
