Somers Point Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 is seeking new members.
The fire company is a 100 percent volunteer organization that responds to approximately 400 calls a year and provides mutual aid to Egg Harbor Township, Upper Township, Linwood, Northfield and other towns.
A stretch of the Garden State Parkway is another coverage area.
Apparatus includes a 2020 Pierce Tower, 2020 Pierce Engine, and a 2019 F-550 Mini Pumper.
