For consistently delivering outstanding patient-centered service and embodying Shore Medical Center’s Mission, Vision and Values, Shore is proud to announce that HR Associate Erin Batty has been named the medical center’s April 2017 Employee of the Month.
Batty joined the Shore Medical Center human resources team in 2015. While her primary responsibilities are employee relations and new employee orientation, Batty is always expanding her knowledge and expertise so she can provide even more support to the organization and its staff. She is currently pursuing her masters in Human Resource Management and recently graduated from the hospital’s Leadership Development Institute. She also recently became a Safety Captain to help advance patient safety initiatives.
Batty has tremendous respect for her colleagues at Shore and is grateful to be a part of the team.
“I am passionate about providing quality service to Shore employees and helping to place them in the best position for success in their roles and in the care they provide to patients,” Batty says.
Batty lives in Egg Harbor Township with her husband, Rick, and dog, Peanut. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing yoga and meditation and horseback riding.
