This holiday season, Shore Medical Center is proud to announce that it has partnered with the South Jersey Jazz Society to bring free live music to the hospital lobby. The community is welcome to stop by and enjoy a few holiday tunes every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30am-1:30pm starting November 28.

Chris Simmonini will be playing the keyboard at 11:30am to 1:30pm every Tuesday from November 28th to December 19th. Behn Gillece will be playing the vibraphone, an instrument that resembles the xylophone, at 11:30am to 1:30pm every Thursday from November 30th to December 21th. The musicians are members of the South Jersey Jazz Society, a local organization that promotes the American musical art form known as Jazz through live jazz performances, educational outreach and scholarships.

As a medical center that is the first and only one in New Jersey to be recognized for its patient-centered care by the Planetree Organization, Shore strives to create a healing environment that helps everyone feel a sense of peace and tranquility as they walk through it doors.
